CREDIT TEAM              ONE

About Us

Who we are

Credit Team One was founded with one clear mission — to help people take back control of their credit and rebuild their financial freedom the right way.

Our story began in 2019 when Al Bailey started working in the credit repair industry. After seeing how many companies focused more on collecting money than actually helping clients, he decided to change the game. Al refined his skills, mastered the laws that protect consumers, and built a better approach to credit restoration — one that delivers real results.

From that vision, Credit Team One was born. Today, we’re a killer, results-driven team that works tirelessly to help clients sweep negative items from their credit reports using powerful strategies like CFPB complaints, FCRA-based disputes, and Metro 2 compliance tactics.

How It Works

At Credit Team One, we keep the process simple, transparent, and effective. Here’s how it works from start to finish:

Credit Report Pull

We start by securely pulling your 3-bureau credit report — Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion — to get a complete view of your credit profile. This allows us to identify every negative item that may be holding your score back.

Credit Analysis

Next, one of our trained credit analysts reviews your report in detail. You’ll receive a breakdown of what’s affecting your credit, along with a personalized game plan designed to get results fast

The Sweep Process

Once you approve your plan, our team gets to work. We challenge and remove inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable negative items across all three credit bureaus using proven methods — including CFPB complaints, FCRA laws, and Metro 2 compliance tactics.

As your profile is cleaned and updated, you’ll begin to see positive changes in your credit report and score. Throughout the process, our team keeps you updated every step of the way, so you always know what’s happening with your file.
